A Rimrock technology consultant analyzes your current communications needs and infrastructure. Working with you and our own Rimrock engineers, he designs the most efficient and cost-effective communications solution for your business needs - often at less cost than your current system. This personalized, scalable solution maximizes your current profitability and ensures future business potential.
Solutions Implementation & Support
To ensure personalized support and attention, your technology consultant will continue to coordinate between you and our financial, technical and service support teams. Together they will conduct an on-site survey, and oversee the delivery of equipment and programming and installation.
Telecommunications Management / Outsourcing
You can outsource your telecommunications management and avoid the expense of an in-house Telecom Manager. A Rimrock Telecom Manager can handle all administration needs at your location on an as needed basis - functioning as a member of your team. He or she is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for outage and emergency situations, and also has dial-in capabilities for administering your systems remotely - at no additional cost.
Maintenance Coverage
Optional Maintenance Insurance gives you piece of mind by having us monitor your solutions 24/7. In the unlikely event that a problem does occur, our technicians are available 24 hours a day to get you up and running fast.

- Call Center Support - We have extended our commitment to our maintenance customers by providing a staff of employees dedicated to receiving and monitoring all of our clients service requests. Our clients have the choice to submit their requests by phone, fax, and now online.
- On-Line Service Requests & Tracking - Submit your own work orders, track the progress of requests, and view all of request history at your own personalized, secure Account page. New and improved features are being added everyday to our clients' accounts.
- On-Site Service - If trouble cannot be resolved over the telephone, we will arrange for onsite repair.
- Parts and Labor - You receive an unlimited number of repair calls, plus, we will repair or replace any covered equipment at NO CHARGE.
- Customer Touch Check-In - We check in with you periodically to make sure you are satisfied with your system and service.
- Unlimited Programming Support - Receive unlimited free coaching and training whenever you make small system changes, even personnel moves.
- Computer Generated Templates - No more handwritten, messy templates. We will print complimentary templates for your phones.
- Yearly System Training -- Each year we will provide general training for employees and system programming training for system administrators.

- Technology Consultant
- Your company will have its own Technology Consultant, thus ensuring truly personal service. The consultant will work in partnership with you and Rimrock's engineers and technicians to provide the most comprehensive solution. Each consultant receives extensive training in business financial planning as well as products and technology, so that they can determine the best and most cost-effective solutions for each client. The consultant will continue to serve as your font-line contact both during and after the implementation process.
- Enterprise Service Department
- All requests pertaining to large systems are handled through our Enterprise Service Department. This team consists of Avaya, Extreme, Microsoft and Cisco certified engineers. Their goal is to provide professional support for our enterprise systems.
- Express Service Department
- Mid-size and smaller systems our Express Service Department installs and maintains our smaller sized systems and handles all requests. This team has years of experience in telecommunications.
- Web Services Department
- Our web team is dedicated to developing the company's information system infrastructure. Their role is to design, develop, and implement systems dedicated to providing the quickest and easiest online experience for our clients and employees.
- Support Staff
- Our support staff is the foundation to our company. It is their responsibility to ensure that the company is running smoothly. This team consists of financial experts, sales support professionals, and general office staff.
